Up for sale is a vintage PRECISION BENCH LATHE (we believe it's a Model 8A Toolmaker's Lathe) made by the famous Wade American Tool Company of Waltham, Mass!
This fine vintage beauty was originally owned by my Grandfather who worked for Thomas A. Edison, as well as being the chief engineer responsible for setting up the original Lionel Train Factory! I hate to part with it, but unfortunately we don't have a use for it.
It's in great working condition . . . we're just looking for a good new home for it. This lathe comes with everything and more you see in the photos including a solid wood rolling workbench that it's currently mounted on.
